Dayle DeLong

Director of Programs Division

Dayle DeLong joined the State Treasurer’s Office staff in April 2015. She serves as Senior Assistant State Treasurer and oversees the Programs Division, which includes the Unclaimed Property Program, College Savings Programs and the Palmetto ABLE Savings Program.  She also oversees the agency’s financial literacy initiatives.

Dayle has served the State of South Carolina for 20 years and is proud to have managed several programs and initiatives during that time that helped promote the state, support its employees and improve the lives of our citizens. 

Dayle graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in office administration and is a Certified Public Manager. She is from Irmo, S.C., and has served on the board of the S.C. Society of Certified Public Managers.
