Hurricane Michael Updates: State Treasurer's Office to be Closed October 11
October 10, 2018
Governor McMaster today announced that State Offices in Richland County – including the State Treasurer’s Office – will be closed October 11 due to the potential impact of Hurricane Michael. The State Treasurer’s Office has deployed our emergency contingency plan to ensure that the essential services we provide will continue as our state prepares for Hurricane Michael. We do not anticipate any interruption in services at this time. As always, the safety of our employees and our fellow South Carolinians is our top priority.
We will update our Facebook Page as we receive more information on further Office closings due to weather later this week. Stay up to date on the latest Hurricane news by heading to https://scemd.org/ or the South Carolina Emergency Management Division Facebook Page.
Thank you, and please stay safe!
