Court Fines And Fees

Court fines, fees and assessments are remitted to the State Treasurer’s Office by municipal and county treasurers on a monthly basis. Revenue generated from the general, family, magistrate and municipal courts is collected for distribution pursuant to Chapter 1 of Title 14 of the South Carolina Code of Laws. Treasurers must submit the required remittance by the 15th day of each month.
