About the Program
The establishment and maintenance of the State Treasurer's Office Charter School Facility Revolving Loan Program is authorized through Section 59-40-175, SC Code of Laws.
The State Treasurer's Office Charter School Facility Revolving Loan Program serves South Carolina’s public charter schools by providing low-interest loans to assist schools in establishing high quality, high performing operations for South Carolina’s students and their families. The Program provides accepted applicants with initial funding for constructing, purchasing, renovating and maintaining public charter school facilities.
