Edward B. Frazier, CPM

Edward Frazier is the Public Affairs Director for the State Treasurer’s Office, where he oversees the executive, legislative, and communications functions for the agency.

Edward began his career at the State Treasurer's Office as the Legislative Liaison and Executive Assistant to Treasurer Loftis in 2015. Throughout his time with the agency, he has played a vital role in managing legislative affairs at the direction of the Treasurer as well as several special projects, including the study of digital assets and their use in the government finance sector.

A proud graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in public relations, Edward earned his Certified Public Manager designation in 2021 and was a graduate of Leadership South Carolina in 2022. He serves as a Port Ambassador for the SC Ports Authority and is a member of the State Employee Grievance Committee.

In his free time, Edward enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with his wife and three adorable children.
