Interim Director of Debt Management
Kevin O'Brien joined the State Treasurer’s Office staff in November of 2024 as the Assistant Director in the Debt Management Division. He was named the Interim Division Director in 2025 and is responsible for the management and issuance of bonded debt for the State and its agencies.
